When you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
When you use the AI chat, your messages and AI responses are logged to provide conversation history. Photos uploaded for diagnosis are processed by our AI providers and are not stored permanently on our servers.
Your data is used solely to provide the homemd.ai service: AI-powered home repair diagnosis, contractor quote checking, and home health tracking. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use third-party AI providers (for AI responses), Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth sign-in), and SerpAPI (product search). Each has their own privacy policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting hi@homemd.ai.
